I have a real soft spot for vintage advertising, hell - anything vintage really. In todays world of HDR and 3D modeling, the automobile advertising game has gotten real artificial. You ever notice you can barely tell what color the paint is because you are trying to find it in between all the "highlights" from the spots at every damn angle? I get it, but tone it down.
You got to look back. Always. Times were simple, process almost required a Union agreement, but the results are staggering. I would love to be in this artroom watching rim'd glasses, short-and-sharp haired, cigarette smokin, brush stroking man getting down on one of these. I have a real kinship towards wagons so these hit home real good.

I agree about advertising in the past, seemed to have more style and panache than som of today's efforts
